Sis Industries Ltd is a modern company with dynamic and strategically oriented head management and marketing department. Established in 1993, the company is a leader of the Bulgarian alcoholic market for ten years in succession and the leading one in production, marketing and distribution for the fifth serial year. In partnership with the Dutch company UTO Nederland, Sis Industries has built the first and the most modern refinery for grain spirit and distillation materials in Bulgaria and the region nearby. The production combines Bulgarian-Dutch technologies, the most modern equipment and the systems for quality control. At the present Sis Industries produces a wide range of alcoholic beverages including vodka, gin, whisky, rum, tequila and bourbon. The most famous trade marks are as follows : SAVOY CLUB, Mc Coy, MANSION HOUSE and CARDINAL. Karnobat winery is situated in an old wine region and has inherited the local tradition for the wine and grape making. The trade mark “Кarnobat” is found in 1953 and due to the years is proved as one of the most well-known and engaging mark in Bulgaria. The production process is a combination of a classic technology and a modern equipment, strict and permanent quality control, and experienced knowledge. The grape quality is assured by the carefully vine cultivation and the precise grape selection from own vineyards planted with the following varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Muscat Оttonel, Dimiat, Pamid and Red Misket. By the brandy / rakia / production, the grapes are conducted through special built distilling system and purifying columns, designed by the world famous Italian company CADALPE. The Karnobat winery equipment has the manufacturing capacity from 5000 to 15 000 tones grapes per year. The wines and the grape brandy mature in oak barrels / French and Bulgarian /. Samples from each lot are analyzed and kept as records for six months. This is one of additional measures for keeping the constant quality of wines and grape brandy / rakia / to the end consumers. Karnobat winery is specialized in process of red and white wines as the trade marks: “CHATEAU KARNOBAT”, “ROMANZA”, and “Sophia”. Some other alcoholic beverages in great market demand are the following products with the brand ”Karnobat”: rakia, mastika, menta and wine brandy.
